For more than a half century the Asheville Chamber Music Series has taken its place as an important cultural resource in Asheville, bringing world-renowned chamber artists to our community. As one of the nation’s oldest chamber music organizations it has been recognized for its outstanding musical programs and for its unique education component, which enriches the lives of young children through a collaboration with the strings program of the Asheville Buncombe Schools.
However, in order to sustain these important programs we need your help, as income from ticket sales covers only a small portion of the costs associated with producing our programs. It is only through the generosity of our friends who understand and share our passion for chamber music that we are able to continue to provide such memorable concerts and continue our music enrichment programs for children. We invite you to play a leading role in ensuring the ongoing success of these important activities.
You can play a vital role: your contributions can provide funds to support our concert season; or further our Educational Outreach Program which supports the strings program in the Asheville-Buncombe Public Schools. We welcome your participation.
Please consider supporting the ACMS and its mission by making a contribution.
For people 70.5 years of age or older, gifts made directly from your IRA or 401(k) are tax-free and can count toward your required minimum distribution.
All donations are tax-deductible. The ACMS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
The following contribution levels are acknowledged and listed in our concert programs:
Archangel ($1,000 or more)
Patron Member ($150-299)
